Producers and exporters
Battery OEMs, energy and solar companies, e-mobility fleets
Prove where every retired pack went and close your Extended Producer Responsibility with a certificate, not a spreadsheet.
Kenya's EPR rules make producers answerable for where their batteries end up. CycleTrack is how they show it: every handover, every container reading and every outcome lands on one append-only record that the producer, the offtaker and the authority all read.
The life of one battery
Every step appends to the same record and nothing on it can be edited later. The dates below are read live from a demonstration unit on the record.
Registered
Producer
The pack's serial, chemistry and state of health go on the record before it leaves the producer.
Loading
Contained
Fire-safe container
It goes into a bin, Battery Point or Collection Box built to report fill, temperature, gas and door state.

Collected
Revlog crew
A scan at pickup moves custody and binds the crew, the vehicle's position and the time.
Loading
Triaged
Intake
Measured state of health decides second life or material recovery.
Loading
Closed
Offtaker and producer
The outcome is recorded and a certificate of responsible disposal closes the producer's obligation.

Revlog crews
Licensed collection and port intake
Scan once at pickup. Custody moves with the crew, position and time bound to the event.
Offtakers
Second-life integrators and recyclers
Receive packs already graded by state of health, with their history, and record what each became.
The authority
Read only, issued by Revlog
See collection by producer and follow any passport ID to its end state, live instead of on paper.
The container is part of the record
Revlog's bins, Battery Points and Collection Boxes are designed to report fill, cell-bay temperature, gas and door state. Those readings sit on the battery's passport beside the scans, so a hot cell or an unexpected opening is visible to everyone who reads the record. The hardware is not deployed yet; readings shown in the consoles today are simulated and labelled as such.
